		<description>I sure hope this happens.  Fast tracking the short sale process would be such a benefit to everyone involved.  B of A seems to take the longest because if they decline an offer due to &quot;insufficient offer&quot;, meaning it was to low, they won&#039;t even tell you what they want to net so you have to start the process over from the begining and hope the next offer is not still &quot;insufficient.&quot;  I would love to see them work on helping us get the short sale approved rather than making the whole process take even longer.</description>
